Wainwright Notebook Sold at H&H Auction Rooms

One of Alfred Wainwrights original notebooks recently went under the hammer at H&H Auction Rooms.  The blue bound ledger which contained original drawings, maps and observations from Alfred Wainwright's own walks exceeded the auctioneer Paul Laidlaw's expectations by selling for £8,600.
